Edit tickets

If you have the corresponding right, you can edit a ticket by clicking on Edit Ticket at the top right of the ticket details screen.

You can edit the alarm message by tapping on it, and you can edit the assigned ticket tags by tapping on Edit Tags.

Warning

Closed tickets cannot be edited.

Edit ticket tags

Tags can be used to classify tickets is various ways, e.g. to keep track of a project status or to easily document decisions.

If your clients offers tags, you can see the currently assigned tags in the section Tags. Tap on Edit Tags to assign or unassign tags.

Tap on any of the tags to assign or unassign them. Assigned tags will be flagged with a check mark on the right. Tap on Done when you’ve made your selection.

If a tag is grayed out, it means you don’t have the necessary permission to assign or unassign that particular tag. In that case, please refer to Ticket tags.
