Manage master pages

All master pages of your client account are managed in a separate list. You can even group them if the list gets longer. Master pages are represented by the icon , groups by .

To create a new master page, proceed as follows:

1. Select the group in which you would like to create the master page.

2. Before you add a new page though, make sure that the correct data points filters are assigned. To do that, click on More above the sidebar and then on Assign Data Point Filters. Assign all the data point filters whose data points you would like to use on the master page by clicking on Add Data Point Filter, and confirm the dialog with OK.

3. After you’ve assigned the necessary data point filters to the group, click on More and Add Master Page to add a new master page. Enter a name for the new master page and click OK.

4. Then click on Edit at the top right and start editing your master page as you would any other schematic.

When you’re finished, go back to your schematic by clicking Back in the toolbar.

Assign master pages

On your schematic, make sure no shape is selected. Then open the Properties sidebar on the left and assign your new master page in the section Master Pages.

Note

You can assign multiple master pages to the same schematic. The shapes will be layered in the order in which the master pages appear in the list. You can change the order by dragging the individual master pages.
