Fault reports
This area of the platform allows tenants to report technical defects or to send a general complaint. In turn, this is received as a new ticket for the real estate manager, in Avelon Cloud. When the ticket is resolved, the tenant is notified about the new status of their report.
To send a report, the tenant must fill in a form with their contact details and the details of the issue. They can also upload files in addition to the form.
