All devices

This page provides an overview of all devices that are registered in the system. It contains the same information as the Devices page, except that it shows devices from all clients. The client to which a device belongs is shown as a separate column in the list.

Note

This page is only available for users whose user role has the action right “Show all devices (administration)” assigned.

Clicking on the Go to Settings icon next to a client’s name will open client-specific settings in a side panel. The Billing tab contains billing information for that client, including all purchased licenses. This tab is only visible for users whose user role has the action right “Show billing details” assigned. The Support tab contains information regarding support cases for that client. This tab is only visible for users whose user role has the action right “Show support details” assigned.
