Filter tickets

You can determine which ticket statuses you want to have displayed in the ticket list. For example, you can hide closed tickets completely.

First navigate to the ticket list of a specific building and then tap the Filter icon in the action bar above to display the filter settings.

Activate all ticket statuses that are to be displayed in the ticket list. At the bottom, you can also specify whether only device alarms or also user reports should be displayed, provided you are responsible for processing tickets like this.
